Accessible only by helicopter, this Alpine Cabin is a uniquely luxurious rental in the wilderness, with an unparalleled level of comfort and unique vistas of the valley and surrounds. Due to the isolated location, guides are on hand to help guests navigate excursions in this landscape or from the air. Helicopter transfers are available between Queenstown or Wanaka and take between 20 and 25 minutes.

There is an incredible range of activities on offer here to make the most of the rugged New Zealand wilderness. The biggest draw for guests is the private chartered heli-ski trips. There are hundreds of square kilometers of untracked wilderness terrain for exploring, and the trips are suitable for any guests who know how to ski or snowboard. Guests can enjoy the scenery from the air in a number of scenic flight options incorporating snow landings and alpine picnics in this incredible landscape. From a helicopter, guests can get a bird's eye view of the lakes, rivers, and mountains of the Southern Alps with high country sheep. It is also possible to take tours of the local Fiordland, Milford Sound, and Mount Aspiring National Park with its beautiful glaciers. Guests can even be flown by helicopter for a jet boat tour of a glacier fed river among the bush clad mountains and snow-capped peaks in Mount Aspiring National Park. The trip also includes a short guided hike. The host can arrange premium guided hunting tours with local professionals for game in remote wilderness areas and on conservation lands covering four million acres including National Parks.
