Spending weekends in national parks is a good way to get the unity with nature. National park Sequoia is located to the south of Sierra Nevada in Northern California. The place is famous for its giant old sequoia trees, great panoramic views of mountains, green forests, waterfalls and canyons. From the south, it borders the Kings Canyon National Park, where the deepest canyon in the USA is located. There are almost 800 trails, about 200 caves to explore and 50 skiing routes for comers during winter. Here visitors can try lots of activities like hiking, rock climbing, fishing, horse riding, swimming, picnicking and camping. Among other favorite places of tourists are the Kings River, Tunnel Log, North Palisade, Moro Rock, Cedar Grove, and Crescent Meadow.
