Great for large groups, three of the five bedrooms in this magnificent 3,200 square-foot rental are master bedrooms with adjoining double-sink bathrooms, including separate toilet and bathtub area for added convenience and privacy, while two of the bedrooms are bunk rooms sleeping up to six and eight guests, respectively.

The adjacent kitchen comes complete with a dining island, stainless steel appliances including dual dishwashers, a Frigidaire refrigerator, a built-in microwave, a trash compactor, and dual kitchen sinks with dual disposals. There are granite countertops and Thomasville knotty alder cabinets in every bath, as well as the kitchen and the understair laundry. Radiant in-floor heating maintains a quiet, even, and efficient warmth on cozy winter days, while the on-demand boiler supplies endless hot water any time of the year.

The downstairs foyer and library greets guests, while upstairs guests enjoy immaculate views in a gigantic open great room centered upon a towering stone fireplace. Whether guests are spinning vinyl records on the Studebaker phonograph, watching a classic movie on the big screen TV, playing a board game at the pub-height game table, or enjoying a late night of conversation on the giant comfy sectional, this room is often the center of activity. It features an oversized dining area and an adjoining game room with ping pong, foosball, and air hockey tables.

The Pine Mountain rental home is well insulated for sound and warmth alike, including all interior walls, floors, and ceilings, and is accented by solid knotty alder doors to every room, lodgepole pine both indoors and out, and natural slate floors in all baths, laundry, kitchen, entry, lobby library, stairs, and pathways.
