Everyone here was very nice. Lotus/Coloma is a bit out of the way (we didn't even get cell signal) but there's everything you'd need right by the campground, including food, general store, coffee shops, and a few great night-life places. The tents were very clean and well-kept, and the beds were about as comfortable as an air mattress on a wood frame can possibly be. The river being so close by was a great benefit too.

We had a wonderful time. The tents were very clean and in good condition. The grounds and facilities were very clean as well. The only downside is that they are not located in a very remote area. They are near a road and lack the feel of seclusion for those that are looking for that. Overall my family had a great time and enjoyed the river that was a few feet away.

This campground and the yurt we stayed in was phenomenal. The yurt and surrounding tent cabins face the river so you basically have your own private beach. We went during Memorial Day weekend so it was still a bit slow in the area, but we took our two young sons and weren't doing any rafting anyway. Very family-friendly within walking distance of multiple restaurants. We loved it and will be back!
