This spacious and newly refurbished Mongolian yurt rental rests on a hillside overlooking the sea in the town of Arico Viejo in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain, and can accommodate four guests. There is one bedroom and one bathroom. There is one plush double bed and two single beds each equipped with sheets, comforters, pillows, and blankets. The modern bathroom has a toilet, a sink, and a shower with a bathtub.
The living area of the yurt is spacious and fully furnished with extra decorative touches, making it the perfect relaxing and inviting retreat. There is a small sofa with several oversize pillows, a nightstand, a wardrobe organizer, and an entertainment stand with a flat-screen television. At the entrance of the yurt, there is a decorative rug with large seating cushions pulling up to a coffee table, adorned with a teapot and tea cups. The kitchenette is detached, just steps out of the yurt’s entrance, and comes equipped with a refrigerator, a sink, a microwave, a countertop burner stove, a toaster oven, a tea kettle, a coffeemaker, and other basic cooking utensils and essentials.
Outside of the yurt, guests will find a terrace and two patios. The terrace has a wooden dining table with chairs, a barbecue, and a lounge chair for sunbathing. The first patio overlooks 500 meters of enclosed garden with fruit trees. Behind the property, guests will find 1,500 meters of natural cactus and mountain views. The second patio has a picnic barbecue area with seating and spectacular views.
Guests have exclusive access to a private kitchenette just steps away from the yurt entrance for convenient home cooking after a fun-filled day of exploration. The cozy and private terrace is furnished with a spacious dining table, chairs, a lounge chair, and a barbecue, the ideal space for enjoying scenic meals and relaxation with loved ones. The property also has two patios overlooking vast gardens on the land with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. One of the patio areas includes a barbecue and seating for secluded meals surrounded by fruit trees and gardens.
Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, central heating, hot water, a washer and dryer, and free parking near the property. Children’s books, toys, and a crib are available upon request for those traveling with children.

Directly from the property, guests can access quiet hiking trails or visit one of Aricos’s many popular rock climbing sites, considered the best in all of the Canaries.
Sprawling with pine forests and deep ravines, the area is ideal for rock climbing, with more than 500 well-appointed routes covering all levels of difficulty. Arico’s quiet coastal towns of Tajao and El Poris are just a few minutes away, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying some fresh seafood.
The area is also home to the historic Church of San Juan Bautista, the Church of la Virgen de la Luz, and the Chapel of San Bartolomé, where guests can admire colonial-style towers and architecture. The island’s famous dormant volcano and Spain’s highest peak, Mt. Teide, offers a beautiful National Park for hiking and views, as well as a cable car.
The popular resort and tourist areas of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos containing a plethora of restaurants, shops, and nightlife can be found 35 minutes away.
