Welcome! This ideal tiny house is nestled on a beautiful flower farm, surrounded by dense forests and a small private beach where you can swim, fish, or take a rowing boat. The expansive forests surrounding the farm offer endless opportunities for exploration. Additionally, a short ride away lies the wilderness of Tiveden, providing a wide range of outdoor activities such as canoeing, fishing, wilderness safaris, horseback riding, and more. The closest town, Askersund, is just 10 minutes away and features a charming and picturesque harbor with numerous restaurants, ice-cream shops, and delightful small-town shopping experiences.

The Space:
It is a rural locality in Åmmeberg, Askersund Municipality of Örebro County, on the northern tip of Lake Vättern. It is a lovely tiny house situated on the edge of the forest, located 50 meters from a beautiful flower field, and 300 meters away from a private beach. The garden fully blooms in the summer, covering an area of 8000 square meters and bursting at the seams with flowers, vegetables, and herbs for you to explore. If you have a passion for beautiful gardens, this is the perfect holiday destination during the summer. The village boasts an 18-hole golf course on the shores of Lake Vättern and a boat harbor. There are also two very nice restaurants with bars in the village—one at the golf club and the other at Hotell Montagne.

A comfortable accommodation with split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and a eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas. The gardens are always open and really come to life in the summer and autumn. Sweden has "all-mans-right," meaning that all forests are open for anyone to hike and pick berries and mushrooms in.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

The Neighborhood:
It is located in the quiet village of Åmmeberg, in Askersund Municipality of Örebro County, on the northern tip of Lake Vättern—one of the largest lakes in Europe. In the village, there is a top-rated golf course. The quaint lakeside town of Askersund is only 8 kilometers away, and the large wilderness area of Tiveden is just a 20-minute drive away. Some consider Tiveden to be Europe's southernmost wilderness, with surrounding forests that are home to moose, wolves, and deer, as well as secluded forest lakes and incredible hiking opportunities. Other summer activities include canoeing, fishing, wilderness safaris, horseback riding, and more.

Getting Around:
By car: 45 km from Örebro, 8 km from Askersund. All reachable by 2WD.

By public transport: There is a regular bus on weekdays. However, we still recommend guests to travel by private vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
- All mobile reception has good signal
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We have a friendly dog and farm horses next door
- The gardens are open for you to pick your own bouquets and vegetables.
- Occasionally during the summer, the farm has a café for guests to enjoy.
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
