There are two yurts on the property. One is a beautiful traditional Mongolian-style yurt with warm lining and a small stove. It is the perfect retreat for a couple or family, with a spacious, fully furnished interior. The other yurt is larger and more basic, made by a local craftsman. It is perfect for small groups.

The property offers toilets and washing facilities in the barn near the main courtyard area. There is one flush toilet, one hand washing basin and a separate shower. Hot water is provided by a simple flow-through electric water heater. There is a large communal barn with picnic tables and plenty of space. This barn has table tennis, secondhand books for sale and some games for hire. There is also an indoor workshop space for woodworking, pottery and other activities.

There is a simple communal kitchen area where people can prepare food and wash up. It has a gas cooker, a kettle, a microwave and a toaster, as well as basic pans, cutlery and crockery. There is also a communal fire pit and open fires are allowed on certain parts of the site.
