* Guests have private access to the entire static caravan.
* Indoor chill lounge (with friendly resident puppies)
* Outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and fire pit area
* Optional paddocks and stables for horses (£50 per horse/night + £25 for private stable or paddock; shared paddock £20/night; 2-night minimum if bringing a horse)

* The indoor lounge and outdoor kitchen/fire pit area are shared with other guests
* No guest pets allowed, but the friendly resident puppies are always happy to say hello
* Firewood available on request – just message in advance
* A peaceful countryside retreat, perfect for couples, solo travelers, or horse-riding getaways

* Check-in is from 3pm onwards, and check-out is before 12pm.
* No pets are allowed at the property.
* The lounge is a shared space with other guests — our friendly puppies are there daily between 12–2pm if you’d like to say hello.
