Surrounded by picturesque bays, rolling dunes, and white sandy shores, Freshwater East is ideal for a weekend getaway from it all. From the cottage, glampers can access the Pembrokeshire Coast Path which boasts impressive coastal scenery for great photo opportunities. The dunes and landscape behind the beach belong to the Freshwater East Local Nature Reserve and is made up of dunes, wetland, and woodland habitat.
Manorbier Beach is another award-winning beach in the area and a favorite among surfers. The break is great but the tide is strong, so glampers should be careful. The beach is also popular for canoeing, body surfing, and angling and boasts rock pools and small sandstone cliffs.
For a break from nature, glampers and their family can head to Heatherton World of Activities near Tenby. This dog-friendly attraction is open all year round and boasts exhilarating activities such as bumper boats, high-speed go-karting, ziplining, and the amazing Escape Room.
