This dog-friendly luxury camping tent is located in Pembrokeshire, Wales, and can accommodate eight guests for a glamping getaway that combines the tranquility of the countryside with the comforts of glamping and convenient access to a variety of outdoor activity options, beaches, trails, and natural settings, many of which can be enjoyed both by human and canine guests alike. The site itself is very suitable for dogs, featuring an enclosed, nine-acre meadow in which they can freely run and play.

Measuring six meters in diameter, the spacious interior of the tent is furnished with vintage furniture, an array of rugs, ample cushions, hand-printed bunting, and eight twin beds, all of which come replete with allergenic, orthopedic mattresses, crisp linens, cozy duvets, extra blankets, and plenty of pillows. Inside and outside, the tent is enchantingly illuminated by a mixture of solar and candle lanterns, chandeliers, and fairy lights. The tent is made out of high-quality canvas and features a zipped-in groundsheet, which allows guests to keep out insects while still letting in the fresh air on hot summer days.

Outside, guests will find a private lawn with a campfire circle for roasting marshmallows, garden furniture for outdoor dining, and a covered camp kitchen for preparing meals in the open air. The kitchen is equipped with a four-ring gas hob, a sink with hot and cold running water, and a set of pans and other necessities, including a French press. Next to the kitchen, guests will find a full, off-grid bathroom with a compost toilet and a shower with hot water. Each of the site's bell tents has its own private kitchen/bathroom block situated right next to it, so guests will not have to go on a trek to reach it or share it with anyone else, as they might at other sites.

The tent also comes with old-fashioned wicker picnic hampers, which are provisioned with plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, cutlery, a bottle opener, and a cooler bag. Other amenities include a starter supply of marshmallows and instant-light charcoal; a welcome pack of tea, sugar, and freshly ground coffee; basic such as salt and pepper, washing-up liquid, and toilet paper; and thoughtful extras such as a candle snuffer, a wind-up torch, and a marshmallow toasting fork. Hand towels are provided; guests will need only to bring their own bathing and swimming towels.

At the site, guests will also find shared lawns for garden games, a driftwood swing, a ground-level trampoline, ample parking space, and a reception barn with Wi-Fi, a refrigerator/freezer, outlets for charging phones, and a collection of guidebooks, board games, beach toys, and garden game equipment.

The particular bell tent pictured here is nestled in the back of the site's secluded, sunlit copse, where it is screened by trees for extra privacy. From the tent's private lawn, guests will enjoy south-facing views that extend to the Bristol Channel and all the way out to Lundy Island on clear days. The site has four other tents, all of which are similar, differing only in minor details such as rugs, cushions, and orientations. Two of the other tents are set in the copse, while another two are situated in the site's sunny meadow. A specific tent will be assigned to guests a few days before their arrival, taking into account weather conditions such as wind direction to ensure the best possible stay.

At the glamping site, guests will enjoy access to a variety of shared facilities, which include a reception barn, lawns, and a fully-enclosed meadow. At the reception barn, guests will find Wi-Fi, a refrigerator/freezer, outlets for charging their phones, and a collection of guidebooks, board games, beach toys, and equipment for garden games, which guests can play on the site's shared lawns. One of the lawns also boasts a driftwood swing and a ground-level trampoline. The fully-enclosed meadow is well-suited for dogs, providing them with nine acres of open space in which to play and exercise.

The site has plenty of parking space for cars, vans, and campervans. The parking area is 30 to 80 meters away from the accommodation (depending on the unit), with an offloading area closer by and a garden cart available for helping transport supplies. An outdoor bicycle storage area is available as well.

Sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and hand towels are provided. Guests will need to bring their own bathing and swimming towels. Guests should also bear in mind that cellphone reception is limited and that Wi-Fi cannot be guaranteed, given the remote location.
