This luxurious vacation rental is located off of Lake George in Upstate New York and can accommodate 10 guests. There are five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one-half bathroom. The getaway is decorated throughout in a modern rustic style and guests will truly feel that they’ve escaped the city and are living the good life on the lake. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, and a private second-floor balcony. Some of the bedrooms have fun woodland themes such as the “Bear Den”, which is perfect for a family with its three beds, a queen-size bed, a full bed, and a single bed. This bedroom features a stone border and a fireplace. The “MooseWood” is a single bedroom with a queen-size bed. The two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second has a trundle bed. Guests are advised to bring linens and towels.
The vaulted cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that look out over the deck like the prow of a ship give this log vacation rental a sense of grandeur. In the living room, guests will find comfortable leather sofas and chairs for relaxing. The flat-screen TV is mounted above the grand natural stone gas fireplace. The TV includes premium cable with HBO and Cinemax, a DVD player, and a high-tech sound system for guests to relax on the couch and enjoy a movie at night.
The downstairs is an open concept design making it perfect for entertaining large parties and connecting with loved ones. The living room flows into the fully-equipped chef’s kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has been recently updated and boasts some brand-new appliances including a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator with an icemaker, a coffeemaker, a toaster, and a blender. Guests can be sure that they will have everything they need to prepare stress-free meals at home. Off the kitchen, there is a large dining area with two dining tables and a large antler chandelier. The sunny dining room looks right onto the deck and there is easy access to bring in grilled meats, vegetables, and perhaps even freshly caught fish straight from the barbecue to the table. Guests can also sit and have breakfast, snacks, or a drink at the kitchen peninsula which features granite countertops and room for six.

This rental is not short on amenities and has everything guests could want for a getaway on the lake. For media, the rental includes TVs with premium cable, a DVD player, a sound system, Wi-Fi, and even a media room off of the great room. In the living room, there is a large stone gas burning fireplace. Guests can take care of their laundry in the full laundry room with a washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board.
Outside there is a fire pit, a landscaped yard with a decorative pond, a large deck with a barbecue, a balcony off of the master bedroom, a screened in porch, a picnic table, and plenty of outdoor chairs. Parking is available on site.

This large luxurious vacation rental is located on Lake George, also known as America's "Queen Lake". The lake is 32 miles long and has plenty of open water for boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, jet skiing, and water skiing. It is not only large but is renowned as one of the most pristine and scenic lakes in the country.
Lake George is set in the Adirondack Mountains, which have six million acres of protected parklands. The diverse landscapes are made up of mountains, hills, valleys, rivers, streams, lakes, ponds, meadows, fields, and forests. These lands are home to over 50 species of mammals including moose, black bears, flying squirrels, minks, and bobcats. The Adirondack Mountains, Green Mountain National Forest, and High Peaks are all laced with trails of every level for hiking and biking. Other lakes in the area include Lake Champlain and Pharaoh Lake Wilderness Area. Near to the lake is Berry Pond Preserve, a 436-acre preserve that is centered around a beaver pond. The area has many trails that are connected to the Lake George Village Recreation Center Trail System.
Other trails around the lake lead right to the mountains like Hadley Mountain, Crane Mountain, Buck Mountain, Black Mountain, and Sleeping Beauty Mountain. These trails are for higher-level adventurers and are well worth the effort as they take hikers to spectacular views of the Adirondacks.

Lake George, the Adirondack Mountains, and Upstate New York offer so many opportunities for exploration and fun in the great outdoors that guests will have a hard time choosing what to do.
Along the shorelines of Lake George, guests can find plenty of public beaches for sunbathing, swimming, and having a picnic. From the shore, guests can launch canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards and enjoy a day of sport on the water. Anglers can set out on their own or hire a guide or fishing charter service to fish for lake trout, salmon, bass, and perch. Some well-known fishing holes on the lake include Hearthstone Point, Diamond Point, and Huddle Bay. Those wanting to get out and enjoy some boating have many options. Nearby nature preserves such as Berry Pond Preserve, Cook Mountain Preserve, and Cat and Thomas Mountains Preserve have trails that fit all different levels of fitness and ability. Adventurous hikers can head up the mountains at points such as Hadley Mountain, Crane Mountain, Buck Mountain, Black Mountain, and Sleeping Beauty Mountain for some of the best scenery in the northeast. For cycling and mountain biking, some of the best trails are Warren County Bikeway and Feeder Canal Trail, as well as at Gurney Lane Mountain Bike Park and Hudson Pointe Nature Preserve. For horseback riding, Circle B Ranch and Bennett’s Riding Stable have trail rides.
Finally, winter guests will also have plenty of activities. The summertime hiking and biking trails are perfect for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. There are also plenty of ski and snowboarding mountains nearby as well as snowmobile tours and ice skating.
