The 110-year-old home is just minutes from the Gettysburg Battlefield and only eight miles from Ski Liberty. If guests are craving peace and quiet they won’t be disappointed and this cute as a button retreat has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a large open, airy living room, a fully equipped galley kitchen, an office with dozens of Civil War books, a children’s reading nook, as well as a relaxing patio.

Outside, when the weather cooperates, guests can put their feet up in the hammock and watch the sheep graze nearby, the blue heron land in Marsh Creek, deer and fox frolicking in the surrounding fields, and enjoy the birds singing in the trees.
