About this place
This secluded camping retreat is tucked away in an enchanting forest near Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, and is perfect for a weekend getaway in the great outdoors. The tent is elevated on a wooden deck and comes with a queen-size bunk bed with bedding for the bottom bunk, nightstands, and plenty of storage. There is a sun shower nearby which is absolutely perfect for an authentic camping experience.
Outdoors, the deck boasts two Adirondack chairs and a coffee table and there is a picnic table for al fresco dining. When glampers get hungry, the camp stove, grill, and kitchen utensils make preparing outdoor meals easy. In the evening, glampers can gather around the fire pit and roast mouthwatering marshmallows while sharing stories in the heart of nature.
Every tent comes with a portable camp toilet, which is a wooden box with a seat that has a bucket inside. The hosts were inspired by the bathrooms on NASA spaceships when creating these camp toilets. Before use, guests must line the bucket with a CleanWaste bag that is provided by the hosts, or a similar plastic bag. After use, the bag must be tied up and placed in the trash.
This campsite offers modern conveniences to make any discerning glampers feel right at home during their stay. Inside the tent, glampers will find amenities such as a wood-burning stove, a comfortable bed and air mattress, a five-gallon water bottle, and dry food storage.
Outside, there is a large fire pit for cooking as well as a picnic table for al fresco dining. There is a grill, a camp stove, and kitchen utensils. Guess should not miss this wonderful opportunity to go Jim Thorpe camping!
