This getaway cabin is located in a wooded, 50-acre outdoor resort near Harrisonburg, Virginia, and can provide up to four guests with more than just an accommodation; in addition to the comfortable, well-appointed cabin itself, guests will also enjoy convenient access to more than 200,000 acres of unspoiled nature at Shenandoah National Park, a variety of optional adventure packages to choose from, and a wide range of facilities to enjoy at the resort. Inside the cabin, guests will find one studio room that combines a bedroom, a kitchenette, a living area, and a dining area into one multi-functional space, along with a bathroom. To the northwest, they will find Shenandoah National Park, where more than 500 miles of trails and the scenic Skyline Drive wind through 200,000 acres of parkland full of wooded hillsides and valleys, rock overhangs, mountain streams, 300 square miles of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and verdant forests full of 805 species of wildflowers and 331 species of shrubs, vines, and trees, including chestnut oaks, tulip poplars, cove hardwoods, and spruce firs.

    While exploring the park, guests may spot some of the 190 species of birds that live or seasonally visit the park; Carolina chickadees, wild turkeys, barred owls, red-tailed hawks, and tufted titmice are among the year-round residents.
