It is built of native timbers and consists of one room downstairs and one upstairs. The downstairs room is a living area with a sofa and chairs, a gas fireplace, and a television and DVD player to keep guests entertained in the evenings. There is a kitchenette along one wall complete with a small fridge, microwave oven, a four-burner stove, small oven, and a sink with hot and cold running water.
