The Space:
Our family-friendly cottage is packed with amenities and fun for couples, families or small groups of friends.

The cottage includes:
- Outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing
- 3 bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and another with a queen/twin bunk bed (sleeps 3)
- Fully-stocked kitchen with stove/oven and microwave
- Smart TV where you can quickly sign-in to your favorite streaming service
- Central AC and heat to keep you perfectly comfortable, no matter the weather
- WiFi that's fast enough (18 mbps) to stream movies and hold video calls
- Outside fire pit with seating for the whole gang
- An outdoor yard game treasure box full of activities for kids and adults: cornhole, volleyball, soccer balls, horseshoes, and many more!

But the best part is that the cottage is directly next to a small, private lake – shared with only one other neighbor. We love listening to the frogs croaking in the springtime. And we’ve caught lots of fish – mostly bass and bluegills – so bring your poles and see if you’ll catch a few! We even have two kayaks you're welcome to use and paddle around the lake.

(Note: the water level of the lake has been very low this year. You're still welcome to take the kayaks out, but just know it may be a little shallow!)

We often take our two little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family- and dog-friendly.

Beyond the cottage itself, we love how close to everything we are -- particularly Great Cacapon State Park and Berkeley Springs, both only 15 minutes away. The park is free to enter and has miles of hiking trails, a beach and small lake, golf course, horse stables, and a clay shooting range. And the town of Berkeley Springs has been voted one of the top arts communities in the US; the shopping, spa, and restaurant scene does not disappoint!
