The Space:
Our unique stone chalet cabin has all the comforts of home, just nestled away at the top of a mountain in the heart of West Virginia. Stoneridge Chalet is fun for couples, families, or groups of friends -- and is the perfect home base for your getaway!
The cabin includes:
- Two bedrooms, both with queen beds (plus sleeper sofas in the living room & downstairs family room)
- A spacious, wraparound deck for grilling & relaxing with a glass of wine (with an outdoor bistro patio set)
- Large, light-filled sunroom with huge windows
- Fast, reliable WiFi that’s more than enough to stream movies and hold video calls
- Wood-burning fireplace
- Central heat and AC (to keep you comfortable, no matter the weather)
- Kitchen with new appliances (including dishwasher)
- Washer and dryer
And outside the cabin, you’ll also enjoy:
- Private hot tub, perfect for relaxing when watching the sunset
- Outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs for the whole gang
- Outdoor yard game treasure box full of activities for kids and adults: corn hole, soccer and kick balls, horseshoes, and many more!
We often take our two little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family- and dog-friendly.
Beyond the cabin itself, we’re a short drive away from three main destinations in West Virginia: Berkeley Springs (with great shops and restaurants), Harpers Ferry (for river rafting and Civil War history), and Winchester (the closest of the three, with tons of restaurants and breweries). And of course there are many good hiking trails nearby too!
