Additional info

***The barn is suitable for adults only (aged 18 and older). This is for safety reasons, as interactions with farm animals are unsupervised. It is both for the safety of the guests and the animals and I will not make any exceptions. Sorry!

***The farm animals do stay in the same structure as guests. You will stay on one side, and the animals on the other side, with a small unoccupied gap between. They can be a little noisy at times, and the rooster(s) does start quite early in the morning. Ear plugs provided!

***I live right next door with my husband and our 2 dogs. Our dogs are fenced in but are within sight of the barn. They do bark on occasion. We give guests privacy, but I do come onto the grounds each day to feed and tend to the animals- once in the morning and again in the late afternoon.

***There is no cell phone reception in or around Seneca Rocks. There is wifi in the barn that should be powerful enough for wifi calling, streaming, and zoom calls. I've been told zoom calls can be a little patchy at times.
