This rustic, waterfront getaway cabin is located near Traverse City, Michigan, and can accommodate eight guests. There are three bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has two double beds and a twin bed. A child crib is also available upon request. In the full bathroom, guests will find a sink, a toilet, basic toiletries, and a shower. Linens and towels are provided.
In the knotty pine living room, guests will find a stone fireplace, a sofa bed, two comfy recliners, a cable TV with a DVD player, and a stereo CD player. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffeemaker. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, a hairdryer, a washer and dryer, an iron and board, and parking.
Outside, there is a furnished deck, a gas grill, a hot tub, a fire pit, and access to Perch Lake and the surrounding sandy beach.
This rental includes complimentary Wi-Fi and parking. For entertainment, guests will find a cable TV with a DVD player, movies, books, board games, and a radio/CD Player. Two boats, a canoe, and two kayaks are provided free of charge for use at the cottage. Guests should bring their own fishing poles. The hot tub on the deck is popular in all seasons.
No matter the temperature outside, guests can stay cozy with the indoor heating and bedroom air conditioning. Nothing beats cuddling up next to the stone fireplace on a cold day. Wood is provided for the fireplace and outside fire pit. There is also a washer and dryer to keep clothes fresh during any stay.
Outside, guests can have a barbecue on the grill while enjoying the fresh air and roast marshmallows over the fire pit as the stars begin to twinkle in the night sky. There is also a private hot tub, in addition to direct waterfront access with two docks on Perch Lake right out the door. Glampers are welcome to take the property's rowboat, canoe, paddle boat, and kayaks out for a spin. Guests should note that gas motors are not allowed on the lake.
