Located on Lake Mitchell Canal with direct access to Lake Mitchell & Lake Cadillac. Just 1 mile west of Cadillac, 8 miles east of Caberfae Ski Resort, and just 2 miles north of M-55 near the Heart of the Manistee National Forest.

-Swimming in the water from your boat or a nearby public beach.
-Snowmobile Trail is located 1 mile down the road. No wasting time loading and unloading sleds all day long. Just RIDE!
-Cadillac Snowmobile Festival just outside the front door.
-Top Notch SKIING & GOLF at Caberfae Resort (7 miles) & Crystal Mountain Resort (15 miles). (By the way, staying at this Yellow Perch is much nicer & less expensive than any small hotel room!
-Adventure Island Amusement Park with go-carts, bumper boats, water slides, mini-golf, & more (1 mile).
-Pine River canoeing, tubing, paddle board, rafting, & more (10 miles).
-Hiking & Hunting on the 1000 acres of State land 1 mile down the road because it is located near the heart of the Manistee Forest.

-ORV trailhead is about 5 to 8 miles away.
