Description of Glamping Units
This cabin rental is set in the Hiawatha National Forest and offers guests four bedrooms with sleeping for up to 12 guests. This is one of the most private spots in the Midwest which includes a private and stocked 42-acre lake. All bedrooms have large windows overlooking the lake and private entranceways in three of the four. Two of the bedrooms have patio doors going to the deck which is 15 feet away from the lake. Two come set with a double-size bed and a single bed, while the two others come with two double-size beds.
For entertainment, guests will have a DVD Player and a game room including, a foosball, a pool table, and a ping-pong table. There are numerous board games, horseshoes, a bean bag game and a pool table. Guests will enjoy having Direct TV, 48-inch HD LED TV, video games and a video library. The kitchen is 800 square feet in size with cherry wood cabinets and tiled counter tops. Everything guests can think of for cooking is included. Location + Surroundings
Set on a beautiful, privately owned lake in Upper Michigan, this property is secluded and set right in the middle of Hiawatha National Forest. The Upper Peninsula is bordered by the exceptional St. Marys River to the east, Lake Michigan and Huron set northeast and Lake Superior to the north. Here guests will have a small beach for children and a swim platform for teenagers and adults. Guests will have a canoe, two kayaks, two row-boats and a paddle boat available for guests' use.
There is also a trolling motor, a kiddie kingdom, and a small beach for the little ones.

Freshwater fishing is a popular activity here, as the surrounding waters offer various native fish including, Muskie, Large Mouth, Crappie and plenty of pan fish. With two and a half miles of shoreline and a 42 acre stocked lake, guests will enjoy everything from canoeing to kayaking and even paddle boating. In the winter, head to Rapid River Ski Trail for quality snowshoeing. In the warmer months, spend time at Haymeadow Creek Falls Trail, the Maywood History Trail or the Felch Grade Route ORV Trail. Be sure to catch the sunrise from Peninsula Point Lighthouse and explore the Peninsula Point Lighthouse Interpretive Trail. Lastly, guests will spend plenty of days lounging on the upper deck of this lovely waterfront property.
