This sumptuous cottage on the shores of the Grand Traverse Bay of Lake Michigan, Michigan, can accommodate up to 12 guests, and is a truly wonderful option for a group vacation. There are five bedrooms, one of which is wheelchair-accessible and comes with its own accessible en-suite bathroom, and three bathrooms. Among the bedrooms guests will find various combinations of comfortable queen-size beds and sofa beds. Linens are kindly provided by the host.
The communal areas of the cottage are brightly lit and beautifully decorated, encouraging a pleasant atmosphere and sense of relaxation. Guests will enjoy the porch which offers stunning views, as well as great place to kick back and relax with fellow guests. There are also daily yoga classes, both inside and outdoors, for the ultimate relaxation and meditation. Other amenities include delicious daily breakfast, internet access, and a large collection of books.
Outside, there is a garden, forest and bay views, and a lakefront beach with sun loungers and a long dock which stretches out into the lake. The dock makes a great place to sunbathe or watch the kids splash in the water. Guests will truly love their little piece of paradise that this gorgeous cottage provides.
With a philosophy built on conservation, respect for the Earth, and sustainable living, this property is surrounded by forests and the water of Bowers Harbor, which is part of Lake Michigan. There is a garden and a sandy beach with a long dock for swimming and boating.
Morning yoga classes are available for guests to enjoy. The room is also open for guests to practice on their own. Breakfast is served daily.

Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is a popular choice for swimming, hiking, trout fishing, cross-country skiing, and even diving. Divers will find dock ruins and shipwrecks on the Manitou Passage Underwater Preserve. The park has high dunes for great views. Other sights and activities include the Glen Haven Maritime Museum and Lifesaving Station, scenic overlooks at Pyramid Point, and canoeing, kayaking, and tubing on the Crystal and Platte Rivers.
Mt. Holiday Ski and Recreational Area offers wintertime fun for skiing and tubing, while summer brings in zip-lines and hiking. Traverse City State Park has a beach and hiking trails, and Traverse Area Recreational Trail (TART) is the place to go for cross-country skiing and biking. Golfers will enjoy practicing their swing at LochenHeath Golf Course or the Grand Traverse Resort Golf Course.
