This secluded, lakeside retreat is located in Cohasset, Minnesota (just a short drive from Grand Rapids), and can accommodate 16 guests. The rental is divided into two cabins with a total of six bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, three bedrooms have one queen-size bed each, one bedroom has a twin bed, and the last bedroom has a double and two twin beds. Additional sleeping space can be found in common areas, where there are two twin beds, a double bed, one sofa bed, and one couch. Bathrooms include large walk-in showers, as well as shower/bath combinations. Linens and bath towels are provided for up to 15 guests, but guests planning on using the sofa bed or couch should bring their own. Additionally, guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels.

In the living rooms, guests will find comfortable lounge chairs and sofas, as well as a large stone fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchens come with fridges, stoves, and generous counter space, perfect for large parties. Other amenities include internet access, a TV, and a washer and dryer for guests' convenience.

Outside, there is a large lawn that leads down to Sugar Lake, as well as a picnic table and patio area, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

Guests will have private use of the 32-acre property, which includes a mile of trails and 900 feet of shoreline including a sandy beach, perfect for a day of sun and relaxation. A boathouse and a dock are located on the property, and a canoe, two paddleboards, and two kayaks are available for guests to use at their convenience. Additionally, a nine-hole duffer course and a fire pit will provide guests with entertainment both day and night.

On land, guests can spend a day golfing. The property itself has a nine-hole duffer course, which, although not professionally maintained, is great for a family day of fun out on the course. For the higher level golfers, Sugar Lake Lodge is just down the road and has an 18-hole golf course. Other nearby activities include water sports on the fabulously blue lake, or just spending some time lounging on the beach. In Grand Rapids, which is a short drive down the road, guests can explore the Judy Garland Museum, or stop into local restaurants for a bite to eat. Sugar Lake Lodge also offers fine dining, and a bar and grill.
