This cozy, pine-wood paneled private room accommodation in a bed and breakfast near Rochester, Minnesota, is furnished with a queen-sized bed that is topped with a plush comforter and colorful pillows. There is a television mounted on the wall above the bed with a VCR player for guests to enjoy some of the "classic" movies located on the shelves in the living area. The bedroom also has a window that offers views of the hills of Zumbro Falls in the distance. The bathroom down the hall has a standing shower and tub combination, as well as a marble sink and tiled walls. In the main room, guests will find an arrangement of deep, cushioned armchairs, with fully stocked bookshelves situated against the walls and a window seat tucked into an alcove in the corner. Guests can also take advantage of the lodge's sweeping lawns, where they will also find a covered gazebo, a rope swing, and a furnished terrace for relaxing over the valley.

The bed and breakfast has two bedrooms and one shared bathroom, accommodating up to four guests at a time. The main salon areas are equipped with a movie collection and some books for guests to use. Each bedroom has a television with a VCR player as well. Linens are provided and there are plenty of parking spaces in the yard. This charming lodge is located on a hilltop overlooking the valleys and pastures of Zumbro Falls, a small community tucked away in the stunning landscape of southeast Minnesota. The lodge sits on eleven acres of private land, which guests can enjoy while sitting in the gazebo, on the terrace, or while strolling on a grassy lawn. The lodge is about 20 minutes from the city of Rochester, where guests will find a medley of restaurants, shops, and areas for going out at night. The Mississippi River, which flows through the country about 20 miles east of the property, has a network of smaller rivers and creeks expanding from its main body. One of these rivers, Zumbro Falls, is located just three miles from the lodge, which guests can access on foot through the woods in the yard.

The Zumbro River is a great spot to fish for trout, and in Sportsman's Park, guests can kayak, canoe, or tube down the river throughout the warmer months. There are also a number of hiking trails located in the area, offering views of the valley and the river from the rolling, tree-covered hills of Minnesota. In Rochester, which is also just a short drive away, glampers can visit the Soldiers Field Veterans Memorial or one of the historic mansions in town for a cultural tour. There are also many restaurants offering different types of cuisine throughout town, so if guests are still hungry after the delicious bed and breakfast food, they can head in town for something heavier.
