Each of the bedrooms has its own separate bathroom, including a shower and/or bathtub, a toilet, and a double vanity. There are also two sofa beds for additional guests. In the living room, guests will find the aforementioned sofas, as well as a coffee table, a wood-burning fireplace, and a widescreen television. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, a freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffeemaker, all necessary cookware and tableware, and more. Additionally, the kitchen has a spacious eating area, though there is also a separate dining room for guests' convenience.

Outside, there is a deck furnished with tables and chairs, where guests can sit in the morning sunshine while sipping on a hot cup of coffee. A barbecue grill provides a great alternative to the kitchen, and for the ultimate in luxury, there is a private hot tub for a long relaxing soak after a busy day.
