Location + Surroundings
This stunning lodge is located in Brewster, Nebraska, and is situated on a 10,000-acre block of land that functions as an all-accessible cattle ranch. Surrounding the property are the Nebraska Sandhills, a fascinating geographical phenomenon that creates dunes out of prairie lands, giving the area a prehistoric, monumental vibe. The property overlooks the North Loup River, and guests looking for a memorable day trip should look to the charming township of Broken Bow or the stunning Calamus Reservoir State Recreation and Wildlife Management Area, both around one hour away from the property by car. The seclusion of the property is an undoubted bonus, but it leaves limited options for flights. For guests flying domestically, Central Nebraska Regional Airport is the best bet, though many more connections are available from Denver International Airport, almost 400 miles away. Read More
The property is a popular location for business retreats and other group gatherings, due to its emphasis on seclusion and team activities. Space also exists for reunions, weddings, and dances, and the staff at the property are more than willing to help organize guests' next unforgettable event.

Apart from enjoying the tranquility of the Nebraska Sandhills, guests can expect to do a wide array of activities during their stay at the lodge. Fishing is a popular pastime in the area, and many guests also come to the property exclusively for its hunting opportunities, mainly due to the diverse fauna found nearby. Guests can also experience how life would have been lived hundreds of years ago by taking part in ranch activities such as cattle roundups, fence mending, nature cooking, and horseback riding.
Ranch staff will always ensure guests are comfortable in whichever activity they choose to undertake and will tailor the experience to their abilities. Guests are free to do wagon rides, hikes, and river tubing too, and canoeing down the North Loup River also allows guests to experience the sheer unpredictability of the local plant and animal life.
