This lovely vacation rental is located in the Sandhills Community of Long Pine, Nebraska, a small town of approximately 350 people that is situated just off of Hwy 20. The town is located in between Bassett to the west and Ainsworth to the east. There are excellent local recreation areas and state parks within easy reach. In the wider area, guests can visit Fort Niobrara National Wildlife Refuge, a beautiful pine-dotted canyon, featuring many waterfalls and abundant wildlife and Smith Falls State Park.

One of the area's most popular activities is tubing down the creek, and this rental's hosts rent out tubes to guests. Those who prefer two wheels can rent bikes to explore the town and ride the Cowboy Trail.
