Just two hours away lies the historic cattle town Medora. Here, guests can visit Theodore Roosevelt National Park and experience the natural landscape of the North Dakota Badlands. The fantastic trails in the Badlands are ideal for hiking or mountain biking. Glampers will be able to have an entertaining evening at the highly recommended, western-style Medora Musical in the natural amphitheater, too.
Stunning rock sculpture can be seen 45 miles south at the Petrified Wood Park in Lemmon, South Dakota. Guests can spend the day in town playing a leisurely round of golf at the Mott Country Club Golf Course. The local Pheasant Cafe is an excellent breakfast option, and the Cannonball Saloon in nearby Regent is known for its delicious burgers and steaks.
