There is also a futon available to sleep additional guests. The snug lounge area boasts an impressive, stone fireplace and comes with a sofa, an armchair, and a television. Off the property, there are miles of biking and hiking trails. The Hayward Golf Club is 20 minutes away for guests who want to take a swing. In the winter months, guests can enjoy cross-country skiing and snowmobiling in the Hayward area. Hayward is home to the Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame and the town also offers a number of seasonal festivals. There is 800,000 acres of the Chequamegon National Forest where guests can go hunting in the fall.
