Notes, Rules & Etiquette
We welcome well-behaved and leashed dogs, but no cats
The river can run fast and strong at times—please keep a watchful eye on children and pets
The mountains are a tinderbox, so please be careful with any kind of flames
No use of firearms or fireworks
Unlike other riverside properties in the area, we do not charge for fishing
Catch and release fly fishing only with a Colorado State fishing license
Do not fish beyond the section of river between the two fences that define our property—our community is very sensitive to fishing rights and preserving the river’s Gold Medal status
No events or parties, smoking or vaping indoors, more than 15 people or 6 vehicles at any time on the property
Per Park County regulations, no more than 8 overnight guests
