This spacious cottage retreat with breathtaking forest and river views is located in Black Hawk, Colorado, and can accommodate up to 18 guests. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms in this incredible cottage. The first bedroom features two twin beds and one king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with two full beds. In the third bedroom, there is a queen bed and two twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and four twin beds. All beds are brand new Simmons Beauty Rest beds complete with a mattress pad cover, 550-count sheets, plush pillows and blankets, and colorful duvets. Each bed has an individual reading lamp and there are alarm clocks in each room. Electric blankets are available in each closet.

The master bathroom features a toilet, two sinks, a deep step-in shower, a bidet, and a large soaking bathtub. The second bathroom has a sink, toilet, luxurious bathtub, and a shower. The third bathroom is a half bathroom and has a copper waterfall sink, toilet, and large area for changing. All bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, Kleenex, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, q-tips, and earplugs. The host kindly provides towels and washcloths.
