Private Entrance with Smart Lock

TRANSIT
Just a short walk from the house, you will find the free shuttle pick up for Breckenridge/Skiing. Within 1 mile are the pickup and drop-off points for the shuttle.

NOTES
The home offers parking for up to 5 vehicles, with a heated 1-car garage.
Portable Air Conditioner, Kayaks, & Hammock available for an additional fee. Price Varies by Size & Type. Price will include a 50% refundable deposit. Must request at least 72 hours before check-in for availability; availability not guaranteed.

No smoking allowed on premises - $750 Fee.

Roads can be icy—4x4 and winter tires are required during the winter months.

Security cameras on-site over the driveway and walkways.
Gas fireplaces shut off May 15-Sept 15 due to radiant heat.
