The second bedroom comes with a queen-size bed. The third guest room is two-story and has a queen bed below and a queen bed up the rolling library ladder. Additionally, this rental comes with an upstairs living area providing a queen-size sofa bed, a television, games, and music options. There are also two and a half bathrooms. Property sleeps a maximum of 8. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.

Head into the city of Denver and visit the local zoo or stay around the town of Evergreen, for plenty of canoeing, paddle boats, and tons of hiking trails within Dedisee Park and along Evergreen Lake.
