Creekside Safari Tent Rental for Glamping in Colorado

We are Chris and Wendy Jeub, owners and operators of this glamping site. We’re leading the Colorado Springs area with true glamping experiences. Go ahead and check out our online reviews…we are consistently 5.0!
Our property has Monument Creek running through it, and our safari tents sit facing the valley from up the hill. Sitting chairs with a propane fire pit make for beautiful evenings and mornings. Inside, guests will find a plush queen-size bed appointed with soft bedding and linens to ensure a good night's sleep. There are also two air mattresses available for the kids. An outhouse is set up outside with a camp toilet with disposable bags, toilet paper, and freshener. Two solar shower bags will be full upon arrival.
The two lamps on the tables keep the tent well-lit at night, allowing guests to get stuck into a good book at the end of a fun-filled day. Complimentary coffee, tea, and a few snacks are provided, along with two gallons of water. A powerstrip and a portable battery are available for guests to charge their devices.
Outside on the charming front deck, chairs are set up for you and ready to kick back in and enjoy the fresh air. A BBQ can be used for grilling, and a cast-iron pan with utensils is included. The grill has a side burner to heat water, and a kettle is provided for use.

Additional info
The tent, deck and privy are all private for guest use. Outside the space is the rest of the acreage: waterfowl, mule deer, hawks and eagles, flowers, and a beautiful flowing creek that you can wade through. Walking the property is allowed, though the space is shared with the host's family and other glampers.
Guests can drive to their parking spot at their tent. Small cars are able to drive through the grass, but guests are welcome to park in the host's driveway and walk to their tent if they prefer (access is no problem for small SUVs). The glampsite is private with plenty of distance from neighboring glampers.
The hosts provide towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash can liners. If guests forget anything, Walmart is a two-mile drive, or can just text the hosts, who may have "forgettables" on hand to save guests the trip. Be aware of AMENITY LIMITATIONS. Glamping is "glamorous," but it is still "off grid."
A two-gallon water cooler will be full when on arrival. A shared water spigot is available a short distance from the site. The water is drawn from the property's well (not city water). Fill the water cooler and camp showers as much as necessary.
Pets are welcome! The hosts trust pet owners to bring anything their pets need to make their visit pleasant (i.e. leash, food, mess bags, etc.). Pets are not allowed on the bed. The hosts have pets, too, so they'll need to get along if they meet.
Moderate drinking is allowed, but "parties" are strictly prohibited. Keep all tobacco smoking outside the tent. Hosts are not 420 friendly (no marijuana). Any extra guests must be granted written permission through the rental app and ahead of arrival. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Violators will be reported and may be asked to leave.
Check in anytime between 2:00pm and 6:00pm. Your glamping site will be cleaned and ready. Guests may drive straight to their site and enter the tent.
The hosts are living family life up the hill in the main house, but someone may be available to come help with anything onsite. The hosts are friendly people who love to meet their guests, but also will respect their space and privacy. They will never enter the tent during guests' stay, and guests can always feel free to message them with questions or concerns.
