Hartsel

Hartsel is a charming small town nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, with incredible access to the best that those dramatic peaks have to offer. This is the ideal place for any glamper keen to go skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling. But there is also plenty more to do, such as go rafting on the nearby Arkansas River, known as the rafting capital of the United States. It is also close to Lake Antero, a phenomenal fishing destination where "gold medal" catches are very possible. It is also close to Black Canyon, where there are numerous well-maintained hiking trails - with something for every level of experience and fitness.
