The cabins are located at 10,500 feet in a remote part of southwest Colorado (between Creede and Lake City) surrounded by the most beautiful scenery the Rocky Mountains have to offer. The cabins overlook a pristine valley, filled with willows and a stream zigzagging through. The beavers have dammed up the stream in places creating beautiful pools and cascading waterfalls. Wildlife is abundant at Oleo, and guests routinely see moose, elk, deer, beavers, marmots, and black bears.Activities near Lake City
