The fact that this glampsite is located on a farm opens the door to a wide range of activities that don't even require leaving the property. Guests are encouraged to spend some time with the experts learning about the adorable and playful alpacas and paco-vicuñas. It is even possible to purchase one and take it home, or visit the onsite farm store for their precious fiber, yarns, and rovings, as well as one of a kind finished products! To get off of the farm, glampers can venture into downtown Salida to do some shopping or grab a bite to eat at one of many local restaurants. Outdoor adventure is easily within reach as well, with activities including hiking, biking, four-wheeling, kayaking, skiing, and snowboarding. The town of Salida even has a new attraction called Captain Zipline Aerial Adventure Park. Adrenaline-seekers will love the labyrinth of ladders, platforms, bridges, and ropes.
