Incredible Secluded Tipi Nestled Amidst Trees and Fire Pit Provided in Garden Valley, Idaho

This private and secluded teepee is located on 16 private acres along the Middle Fork of the Payette River in Garden Valley, Idaho just an hour and fifteen minutes from Boise. Our teepees are approximately 225 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. There are a maximum of 10 Teepees on the premises.
There three chemical toilets conveniently located throughout the campground. Each teepee site has its own solar shower, mounted cold water shower and a mirror.You are required to bring your own camping gear; cookware, eating utensils, sleeping bags, etc...
Each teepee site is outfitted with firepit, grill grate, picnic bench, log benches, hammock, 2 burner propane camp stove, hibachi grill and wash basins for dishes. Guests sit and relax while enjoying the sounds of nature. In the evenings, glampers can relax around the fire pit while cooking up some s'mores, the perfect way to relax at the end of a full and busy day of hiking and exploring the surrounding area.
This secluded teepee provides basic amenities for those who want a minimalistic weekend in nature. Bring your own camping gear and sleeping accommodations.
There is no electricity, but solar lighting and candle lanterns provide all the ambient glow that guests need. Wi-Fi is available at the host's residence, but due to the secluded nature of the rental, it is limited.

Please DO NOT bring your own firewood. We have many species of trees on the property that are prone to invasive insects. Teepees by the River follows the guidelines set forth by the US Forest Service and Nature Conservancy.
Firewood can be purchased on site for $7 per Bundle. You can also purchase at your time of booking and have it stocked at your Teepee site. We have bundles of kindling and split logs.
Invasive pests can burrow into trees that then become firewood. When the firewood moves, the pests move with it as a pathway—without the transporter knowing—to uninfested areas. Untreated firewood can also harbor other types of insects and diseases that can greatly harm trees and shrubs. Remember to source your firewood locally! Most invasive insects only can travel a few miles on their own. but can be moved hundreds of miles in or on firewood.
Parking: In order to maintain an experience in nature, we do not allow parking next to your Teepee. Each Teepee campsite has an assigned parking space in the designated parking area. No vehicles are allowed past the designated parking lot. Guests are required to walk to their teepee campsite. There are handcarts available to transport your belongings to and from your Teepee campsite. If you need any assistance, please contact the onsite facility host.
