"Family really enjoyed the cabin. Clean with good amenities. We were visited nightly by a large cow moose with a calf. Pretty amazing."

The activities surrounding the cabin are countless, both within Island Park itself and beyond its boundaries. Island Park is fantastic to visit in the winter, as it is well known for its vast array of snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing trails. However, it is equally fun in the summer with many areas for fishing, boating, horseback riding, scenic hiking, and mountain biking. A few of the many natural attractions within or near the park include Earthquake Lake, Mesa Falls, Big Springs, and Yellowstone, all which are worth a days time, if not more. Thrill seekers will find several opportunities to go white-water rafting, and those looking for something more tranquil can spend a day at the beautiful Yellowstone Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center. There really is something for everyone in this pristine part of the American Northwest.
