This idyllic cottage rental is located near Amston Lake in Lebanon, Connecticut, and is perfect for a weekend getaway from Boston. The cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom and can accommodate four glampers comfortably. In the master bedroom, there is a queen-size bed, while the guest bedroom comes with a single bed. Additionally, glampers will find a single air mattress for an extra guest. The bathroom is small but modern and features a custom shower. Linen and towels are provided.

In the living area, bursts of color add to the vibrance of this cottage rental. After a long day, glampers can curl up on the sofa and watch a Netflix or Prime show on the flat-screen TV. When hunger strikes, the fully-equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals, including a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffeemaker. The dining table seats four and there are additional dining options outside. Other amenities include air conditioning, heating, a record player, board games, and Wi-Fi.

Outside, glampers can enjoy their morning coffee on the plush outdoor sofa. There is plenty of outdoor seating, as well as access to Amston Lake, just a six-minute walk from the cottage. Glampers are encouraged to use the two kayaks provided by the hosts, and upon their return from the day’s adventure, they can fire up the BBQ and enjoy an alfresco cooking experience. Furthermore, the fire pit is perfect for roasting marshmallows in the evening.

The cottage is about a six-minute walk from Amston Lake, a popular destination during the summer months. The hosts provide two kayaks for a wonderful adventure across the pristine lake, and glampers can also enjoy swimming, fishing, and boating. For the intrepid, there are numerous state parks and forests around the town, all of which offer hiking, biking, and walking trails for the wandering soul.

Mooween State Park spans 577 acres and offers activities such as mountain biking and hiking, as well as fishing and boating on the 127-acre Red Cedar Lake. For a break from the outdoors, glampers can visit the Connecticut Eastern Railroad Museum or the Lebanon Historical Society. Furthermore, the town and surrounding area offer wonderful restaurants, cafes, and shops for browsing.
