The kitchen includes a two-burner stove, a sink, a small fridge, pots, pans, dishes, and a toaster oven.

Both structures have views across the river bay and where the Back River meets the Kennebec River just before both flowing into the open ocean past Seguin Island. Visitors will delight in being surrounded by nature on all sides, and enjoy the numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation nearby, from hiking to fishing. They will also be able to use a wood-fired cedar hot tub to soak their muscles and relax after an exciting day.

Glampers can enjoy their own private decking area and enchanting spiral staircase, as well as a wood-fired cedar hot tub. In addition, guests will have access to the 40-acre peninsula with docks, trails, and cottages. There is also a laptop-friendly workspace, free Wi-Fi, and ample on-site parking.
