The open kitchen and dining area are stocked with everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals, while the living room offers stunning lake views and opens to a covered porch — ideal for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.

The cabin sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably, featuring one bedroom with a queen bed and another with a bunk bed (full + twin). Fresh linens, towels, and essential supplies are provided to make your stay easy and comfortable.
Outside, unwind around the fire pit under the stars, grill dinner on the gas BBQ, or take a refreshing swim from the dock. You’ll have direct access to ATV and snowmobile trails, and downtown Greenville is just a short drive away for dining, shopping, and adventure..

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire cabin and outdoor property. This includes all indoor spaces, such as bedrooms, bathrooms, the living areas, and the fully equipped kitchen, as well as outdoor amenities like the porch, decks, fire pit, grill, and private access to the dock or water features. You are welcome to enjoy all the comforts and amenities provided for a relaxing and memorable stay.

⚠️ Seasonal & Rural Cabin Notes
Our docks are typically available for guest use between Memorial Day and Labor Day, depending on water levels and weather. For safety and maintenance, docks or extensions are usually removed before October each year.

By booking, guests acknowledge that this home sits in the rural Maine woods, where nature is part of the charm:

🪰 During the fall season, guests may notice an increase in flies and ladybugs. This is a regional occurrence common to the Moosehead Lake area. The home is regularly treated and cleaned, but some seasonal insects may still appear.
