This secluded getaway is located in Rockwood, Maine, on Moosehead Lake and can accommodate up to eight guests. There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, high ceilings with wooden rafters, and a stunning view of the lake and surrounding greenery. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, a well-stocked reading shelf, and a television. The third bedroom also has a full-size bed, and the rental's loft area serves as a fourth bedroom with another full-size bed. In the first bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, a shower, and a jetted tub. The second bathroom provides a toilet, a sink, and a shower. The third and fourth bathrooms have a toilet and a sink. All rooms in the cabin have wooden-clad walls, providing a rustic, cozy atmosphere. Linens and towels are provided.
In the living room, guests will find a large, comfortable sofa, a lounge chair, and a quartz stone fireplace that leads to the top of the room's cathedral ceiling. This room allows for spectacular views of the wilderness outside with its tall sliding glass doors that lead out to a spacious deck. Separating the sitting area from the kitchen is a beautiful and functioning piano, allowing for endless shared entertainment. The fully-equipped kitchen matches the living room in coziness and provides all new appliances including a stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. A coffeemaker, a microwave, and even several pantry items are also included, as well as a seating area for up to twelve people. Other amenities include a washing machine and dryer. In the basement of the house, guests will find plenty of storage for skiing and snowmobiling equipment, as well as a foosball table, an air hockey table, and access to the lawn and lake outside.
Outside, there is a raised, wrap-around deck with a grill and porch chairs, as well as a large green lawn that leads down to the boat dock and private beach. Guests can take advantage of on-site parking, cozy gardens and gorgeous views of the nature that surrounds the house.
This property provides everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Guests can take advantage of the accommodation's television with a DVD player, Wi-Fi, foosball table, air hockey table, and reading selection for children and adults. Outside, the house includes a boat dock and a deck with eight garden chairs, a grill, and a telescope for stargazing on clearer nights. Two kayaks are available to use on the property's private beach, and four bicycles can be used to explore the rest of the area. The quartz stone fireplace makes for the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure. A washing machine and dryer, as well as heating and ceiling fans, are provided for glampers' convenience.

The property's seclusion from the city makes it a prime location for stargazing and wildlife viewing. During colder months, guests can take part in activities such as skiing and snowboarding on the nearby mountains, ice fishing, and snowmobiling. Aerial float plane tours and moose safaris are available nearby, while Baxter State Park and Lily Bay State Park make for fabulous day trips. The Gulf Hagas, known as the "Grand Canyon of Maine," is a beautiful place to visit and is sure to provide a memorable experience. Downtown Rockwood has many cozy and delicious restaurants and a look into the outdoorsy culture of the area.
