This charming cabin is Searsport, Maine, is the ideal getaway home for a large family. With over 2,000 square feet, this home can accommodate up to 12 people. It has four bedrooms, a full bathroom, a complete kitchen, and an open concept living space. This home also has plenty of outdoor space, so guests can sit out and admire the sunsets over by the lake.
On the main floor, there are two master bedrooms. One of the master bedrooms has a queen-size bed with lake and mountain sunset views, while the second master bedroom has a double-size bed with a fantastic view of the sunrise. Both rooms are well furnished and have dressers, lamps and side tables. At the walkout basement, there is a lounge with a double-size bed. In the lounging area, there is a cozy living space with a couch that looks out the views. In the attic room, there are two twin-size beds and a double-size futon for additional sleeping space. There is a second television here, where guests can enjoy cable programming. Overall, this home can sleep up to 12 people.There is one full bathroom available with a linen cabinet. The washer and dryer can also be found here.
In the living room, guest can sit back on the comfortable leather couches and flip through the cable channels. Nearby there is a small desk area that guests can use as a workspace if they need to catch up on e-mails. At the end of the room, there are large bay windows that bring in plenty of natural light into the room. There is also a nice seating area by the windows, which serves as a perfect reading area.
The kitchen area is spacious and equipped with the necessary tools and appliances to whip up amazing meals for the entire family. For example, there is a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, and a microwave. There is even a dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze. The dining area is located right by the kitchen. There is a long dining set that can sit up to eight people at once. Outside on the deck, guests can use the propane grill for nice charred meats. They can also sit out here with drinks and watch the sunset. The stone patio in the back is also available for additional seating. It has an outdoor dining set that can seat four. Here guest can also use the wood-fired grill for a smokier flavored dish.
This property has a washer and dryer, an iron and board, and a hair dryer. Telephone and Wi-Fi is available. In the winter, there is heating to keep guests warm. Guest will have access to parking.
There is a furnished deck with spiral stairs and a propane grill and a rock patio with a wood-fired brick grill and seating. There is plenty of yard space and a perennial garden with fruits out back. From the deck, guest can access 140 feet of private shores. Canoes and are provided.

The Cornerspring Montessori School offers a summer day camp program for parents looking for activities for their children to do. Golf lovers can visit Searsport Pines situated four miles away. Half an hour away, visit Fort Knox at Prospect or head to the Camden/Rockport area. Camden/Rockport is known as the home of the Farnsworth Art Museum, the Maine Boats Homes & Harbors show, North American Blues Festival, and the Maine Lobster Festival. For a day excursion, glampers can drive an hour and a half to Boothbay Harbor or Baxter State Park and Mount Katahdin two hours away. After a long day of sightseeing, head six miles away from the property to Searsport downtown for a delicious dinner.
On the property, visitors can benefit from the dock and private lakefront. Situated by the second largest lake in Waldo County, guests can bring their own boat and go fishing, or use the kayaks provided for some family bonding.
