This charming property is located in St David in northern Maine, right on the edge of Long Lake. It's just a stone's throw from the border with the Canadian province of New Brunswick, making it very easy to cross over for day trips. There is a public sandy beach practically on the doorstep, with volleyball, softball, tennis, and basketball courts, as well as a playground for small children. Presque Isle, the largest city in Aroostook County, is an hour and a half away and is home to Aroostook State Park and the Northern Maine Museum of Science. Regional airports can be found in both Presque Isle and Frenchville. The famous Allagash Waterway is only an hour's drive, while Big Rock Mountain is just under two hours away. Guests looking to venture further afield can be in Quebec in three hours.

Although secluded, this spot has no shortage of activities and sights to keep guests entertained no matter the weather. Close proximity to the lake puts this property in an ideal location for easy access to water activities – boating, swimming, and fishing are all popular pastimes in this area. Guests can also take advantage of the volleyball, tennis, softball, and basketball courts at the nearby sandy beach just a few steps from the property. Birch Point Golf Course is right around the corner, providing the ideal excuse to spend afternoons playing a round or two.
