The main living space is an open-concept space, with floor to ceiling windows allowing light and views from every angle, and sliding glass doors on three sides leading out to the lovely balconies. On the second level, there are more views from a landing set up for yoga and surrounded by nature. The central grand stone fireplace, open on four sides, offers warmth on chilly days. The kitchen offers high-end appliances, including a 48-inch range, fireplace grill, two dishwashers, custom cabinetry and a ton of open space. The cozy breakfast bar seats four.

Outside, guests can enjoy the large yard, which comes with a fire pit to keep everyone warm while you play fun round of horseshoes. The BBQ makes for a great change from the kitchen. The property is set on 14 acres and offers panoramic views of Mt Washington and the Presidentials. The back deck accessed from the main living area and access to the outside is from the lower level.
