This cute rustic cabin in the woods is the perfect accommodation for a romantic couples' retreat near White Mountain National Forest. There is a queen-size bed, as well as a futon in the living room, along with one full bathroom and a mini-fridge. After a memorable day outdoors, what's better than relaxing on the sitting porch or warming up in front of the fireplace? Couples or small families staying here have space to relax and enjoy each other's company as well as the great outdoors.
While there is no kitchen is this cabin (there is a mini-fridge), guests staying here have a full American breakfast provided for them every day during the summer season from late-June to Labor Day. Additionally, there is also regular maid service, daily firewood delivery, trash collection, and linens and guests, of course, have access to all of the lodge's recreational facilities and the restaurant for breakfast and lunch.
Regardless of which kind of cabin is reserved, guests at this beautiful lodge have a huge variety of facilities and amenities to make their stay here more comfortable.
The lodge has a basketball hoop and small court, as well as soccer goals, a volleyball net, badminton, two clay tennis courts, tetherball, horseshoe pits, and even a large open field for games. Kids of all ages are sure to love staying here with all there is to do outside! Post Pond is on the property, and here guests can go fishing, boating, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Beach towels and beach are provided for guests to enjoy the sandy beach, while gentle slopes into the water for beginning swimmers and docks farther out for the more advanced. Dog owners will be thrilled to hear there is even a dog swim area for the canine guests.
Lastly, the lodge has a restaurant that is open every day. Breakfast and lunch are served every day during the summer.

Outside the lodge in the surrounding area, there are some great hikes. Holt's Ledge Trail, part of the Appalachian Trail, is a beautiful, somewhat easy hike that leads glampers to some amazing views atop Holt's Ledge. The complete hike to the top, including a small detour to Trapper John's Shelter, is about 2 miles. Plan to spend a few hours enjoying the views.
