This lakefront cottage is located in Milton, New Hampshire, and can accommodate six guests. There are three spacious bedrooms, two of which have queen-size beds and one has a full-size bed. Each bedroom also boasts a private deck facing the water. The gorgeous master bathroom has a toilet, a sink, a shower, and a jetted bathtub. Linens and towels are provided.

In the living room, guests will find a gorgeous stone fireplace, a television, a DVD player, board games, two sofas, and an easy chair. There is a charming wooden dining table just to the side of the living space. The fully-equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a stove, a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Other amenities include Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

Outside, there is a massive wraparound deck with patio seating and water views. Guests can also relax in the screened porch, or enjoy the picnic area below the deck. The sprawling lawn features a barbecue, a gas fire pit, and an outdoor shower. There is also a private dock, along with two kayaks and a pedal boat.

A $1000 security deposit is collected before each stay and is refunded within 3-days after check out, assuming there was not any damage to the property or furniture.
