This gorgeous lakefront vacation rental is located in New London, New Hampshire, on the banks of Little Lake Sunapee, and can accommodate up to eight guests. There are three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one-half bathroom. The first and second bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom comes with single beds. All three bedrooms feature their own balconies, facing the lake. In all three of the bright and modern full bathrooms, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a walk-in shower. Freshly-laundered linens and towels are provided by the host.

In the cozy and welcoming living room, guests will find plenty of comfy sofa space. A warming fireplace provides a delightful focal point, and there’s a bar area for drinks and socializing in the evening. For entertainment, glampers have a TV, with a great selection of cable channels. In addition, there is a second small lounge area, with a gas log stove. The stylish fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Meals and drinks can be enjoyed at the dining table, where there’s room for all eight guests. Other amenities at the property include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, and air conditioning.

Outside, there is a screened porch, and a large lakefront deck, with patio furniture. Glampers can take to the water from the private dock, either for a swim, or a leisurely paddle in one of the property’s kayaks. As well as all of this, guests have access to a shared hot tub facility, for a touch of luxury and deep relaxation.

This property offers all of the handy facilities any glamper could need. Those who are arriving by car will be pleased to know that there is plenty of parking available on the premises. There is a lush garden, and an outdoor decking area, with seating for guests to enjoy. Also out on the deck, glampers will find a six-person hot tub facility, which is the perfect place to sit back and relax. At the nearby lake, there is a beach for swimming and fishing. The host offers canoes for guests who wish to go for a paddle.

A shared barn area includes a dance floor, a basketball court, and a bar, where guests can bring their own beverages for a party. This is also the venue for special events, such as weddings.

Inside the property, there is a common room with books and games for all the family, and a communal TV room, which also includes a VCR and a CD player. There is air conditioning and heating throughout the property and a cozy crackling fireplace in the lounge. Whatever the season, there are many fun activities for glampers to enjoy in this beautiful region. Right from the property, there is swimming, fishing, and canoeing available in Lake Sunapee. Surrounding the farm, guests will find numerous woodland trails, where they can go for a walk, and spot a variety of plants and animals. The wider Lake Sunapee region has dozens of hiking trails and scenic walks. From short, easy strolls for the whole family, to expert-only marches up steep mountain trails, there are hikes to suit anyone.

During the winter months, glampers will be within easy reach of great winter sports, at Mount Sunapee, which is less than 10 miles away. The mountain features 65 trails, 10 lifts, and a snowboard park. Mount Sunapee has trails for all abilities, from beginners to advanced skiers.

Those in need of some retail therapy can find a unique gift or souvenir at Georges Mills, which is only two miles away, in Sunapee. Prospect Hill Antiques is tucked away in an enormous horse barn and features 12,000 square feet of antique furniture, fine quality replicas, and decorative accessories. Among the accessories are clocks, ironwork, wooden signs, baskets, and pottery.

Less than an hour from the property, glampers can enjoy thrills and excitement at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway, which is the largest sports and entertainment facility in New England and hosts the only NASCAR National Series races in the region. Event details are available on the NHMS website.

About half an hour from the property, there's a great option for a rainy day, at Dartmouth College's Hood Museum in Hanover. The museum houses more than 65,000 works of art and artifacts from all over the world, including important works by Picasso, and several prints by artists like Rembrandt and Goya. Their collection of historical artifacts includes a mid-19th century Concord Coach, and a large assortment of scientific instruments that date back to 1769, the year the college was founded.
