Romantic Couples' Cabin Getaway in Pittsfield, New Hampshire
"Beautiful property & so much to do/explore. I stayed in the Bower cabin & it couldn't have been anymore perfect. It is private enough without feeling…"
This cozy honeymoon cabin is perfect for a private romantic getaway. Sleeping up to two, the main room has a queen-size bed, a full sofa, a dining table, and a double glass atrium door. The bathroom has a vintage-style clawfoot tub and there is also a private outdoor shower for guests to enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen with an old-fashioned porcelain double sink, refrigerator, oven, and stove provide glampers with everything they will need to feel at home. The home comes supplied with organic towels, pillows, bed linens, soap, and hand lotion made from a local herd of 20 milking goats at a nearby farm. Outside, guests can find an outdoor grill where they can cook up a storm under the stars. There is also a private swing set and hammock for a romantic couple to relax after a long day of adventure in Pittsfield, New Hampshire.
The gentle waterfront with a dock and a raft is a favorite spot for guests of all ages. Guests can feel free to paddle with the canoes and kayaks, use rowboats to fish, and sail the little sailboats that are provided at the glamping site. Stand up paddleboards and lifejackets will also be provided. There is no lifeguard on duty, so guests will need to use caution as they are responsible for their own safety. Gathering around the campfire guests can bring smores kits to end the day with a delicious treat alongside family and friends.

During spring, summer, and fall, cabins are empty for at least 24 hours between guests to allow the cabins to air out. During that time, all the windows are open and ceiling fans are on to allow the fresh air to blow through. During the winter, when the cold temperatures may prevent us from leaving the windows open for an extended period, cabins are empty for at least 48 hours between guests. In addition to our regular cabin cleaning, we also disinfect all high touch surfaces (doorknobs, appliance controls, countertops, bathrooms, etc.) with an EPA-approved disinfectant. All linens – towels, sheets, duvet covers – are laundered in hot water. If the weather permits, blankets are hung outdoors to finish drying in the fresh sunlight. We are fortunate to have lots of space at Graylag for our guests to spread out, maintaining safe distances from one another. In areas where staff or guests are in close proximity, masks are required and six feet of distance are requested.
